Beginner Yoga In-Person

This weekly practice leads you through a vinyasa flow that builds flexibility, endurance, and strength in the body while calming the mind through breath and focus. The goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Mats and other supportive props are available to anyone that does not have their own.  

[Intended for ages 19 and older.]
